Depression
What is Depression?
Feeling sadness is just part of the experience of depression – it is a struggle that wreaks havoc on our heart, body, mind and soul. It can strip the daylight out of what may be a meaningful, daily experience, so even the most routine of tasks feel like more than one can bear. And, unfortunately, an overwhelming number of women in this world are living in this space, often in isolation and silence out of fear of stigma and/or misunderstanding about reclaiming their full selves. At Samadhan Psychological Solutions we create space for healing to take place. We believe in the inherent power and sacred resilience every woman has. We will walk beside you, as a professional and compassionate ally, as you find balance and care for your spirit, and celebrate all of you.
