Emotional healing is the sacred practice of caring for your inner environment. Throughout our lives, we encounter chapter upon chapter of experience accompanied by pain, loss, or exhaustion the heavily influences are ability to trust ourselves, others, and move forward in our lives. For women, pain, loss, or exhaustion can feel so subtle that we don’t always interpret it as overwhelming our ability to truly connect to ourselves, others, or to take steps forward in our lives. Healing does not erase; rather, healing inoculates pain with compassion, allows us to integrate the messages it is working to convey, and gives us the strength to release supporting thoughts and actions. Emotional healing is a sacred process at Samadhan Psychological Solutions. Healing is a practice of presence with your feelings, a present-tension to experiences, but must also co-exist with a safe space in which to slow it all down and allow your heart to begin drying. Through gentle guidance and companioning of compassion for ourselves, we support women to reconnect with emotional resilience and the peace that leads inward.

✨Reflective Journals & Emotion Worksheets Journals are a safe place to explore & connect to your emotions, process emotions you may not have been able to express and gain some perspective. Writing will help you experience self-compassion as engage in a very personal dialogue with your heart.

The process of emotional healing is not simple-it takes its own time.
